Restore Sports Injury and Rehabilitation is a leading physiotherapy clinic in Knutsford, Cheshire, UK. Your Therapist

Stephen Lunt

Stephen developed an interest in the rehabilitation and prevention of injuries at a young age while competing as a semi-professional footballer. Despite experiencing minor niggles, he was fortunate to avoid serious injuries, which helped him appreciate the importance of effective treatment and rehabilitation.

After completing his degrees, Stephen gained invaluable experience at a football club in Australia and had the opportunity to provide massage therapy to the Australian cricket team.

Upon returning to the UK, he continued to build his expertise through roles in professional football, working with Macclesfield Town FC and Oldham Athletic FC, while also beginning his journey as a Personal Trainer.

This combination of experiences ignited his passion for blending personal training with injury rehabilitation—a passion that forms the foundation of his services today.

Having left elite sport Stephen now specialises in working with individuals who have a history of injuries or are currently dealing with acute pain, with a mission to help clients not only overcome pain but also rediscover the joy of movement and make meaningful lifestyle improvements through exercise.
